Annual Stairlift Service Plans

Basic Plan

Price: £120 per year

Includes: One annual stairlift safety inspection, minor adjustments, and a standard call-out.

Standard Plan

Price: £180 per year

Includes: Two scheduled maintenance visits per year, priority service booking, plus battery and brake checks.

Premium Plan

Price: £220 per year

Includes: All Standard Plan benefits, plus unlimited emergency call-outs and a 10% discount on replacement parts.

Annual Mobility Scooter Service Plan

Basic Plan

Price: £80 per year

Includes: One annual scooter inspection, safety check, and minor adjustments.

Standard Plan

Price: £180 per year

Includes: Quarterly scheduled maintenance visits, priority service booking, and battery plus brake inspections.

Premium Plan

Price: £280 per year

Includes: All Standard Plan benefits plus unlimited emergency call-outs, free battery checks, and 10% discount on all replacement parts.

£60 call-out (weekdays 6am–6pm)
£80 call-out (weekdays after 6pm, and all weekends)

Call-Out Charges
Our call-out charge covers the first hour of labour. If the repair requires no parts and can be completed within the first hour, there will be no further charge.
